How our sheds are built
Custom Built On Site
Many shed companies pre-manufacture their sheds and deliver them to the site. When they do this, they typically will have to take down fences to access the site and drive heavy vehicles on your lawn to offload the shed. Our sheds are custom built on-site according to the design and customizations you pick and all building materials are hand carried to the build site. There is no need for us to dismantle fences or tear up your lawn with tire tracks.
Hand Picked Materials
All materials are hand picked and inspected for imperfections and warping. When we build your shed, you can rest assured knowing that only the best quality materials were selected for your build.
TuffBlock Footings
Our sheds are supported by TuffBlock footings with 4x4 ground rated pressure treated posts. This ensures that the floor structure of your shed does not come in direct contact with the ground, increasing its longevity.
Super Strong Floors
Our shed floors are built with 2”x6” pressure treated lumber, placed 16” apart with 3/4” Advantec floor sheathing. They are super strong, long lasting, and can easily hold heavy equipment without flexing.
2 x 4 Wall & Truss Construction
Our shed walls and trusses are framed with choice 2”x4” lumber, making for a strong and solid shed.
LP SmartSide Wall Panels
We use LP SmartSide for our wall panels. This product offers uncompromising quality that combines the beauty of traditional wood with the advanced performance of treated engineered wood. It withstands impacts, freeze/thaw cycles, high humidity, fungal decay and termites.
White Long-Lasting PVC Trim
The first thing typically to decay on older sheds is the trim boards. We eliminate that from happening by only using PVC trim boards. They will never rot and will keep a bright white appearance for a very long time.
Tee Handle Door Lock
Our doors have a locking tee handle with keys. They're easy to grip and keep your shed secure.
Gable Vents
We install gable vents on each side of your shed to ensure that it stays well ventilated, keeping the air in your shed clean, dry, and cool!
4 Inch Overhangs
The roof of our sheds have 4” overhangs all around with an aluminum drip edge. This helps keep water and grime off your shed so it stays dry and clean.
Architectural Shingles
Architectural shingles are highly durable and with an appealing dimensional appearance. We offer a choice of 5 popular shingle colors to choose from.
Choose Your Paint Color
The LP SmartSide wall panels that we use come standard with a tan colored factory coating. As an upgrade, we can paint your shed any color that you'd like. We use Sherwin-Williams premium paints. Visit our Shed Options page to see other upgrades that are available to you.
